This is amazing, it's been many years since I knelt for a long time. I was thinking I won't be able to do it again.
But didn't know how the time went and I knelt for around 50mins at a stretch 😃
I kneel for prayer but for long time I was not able to.. but this I got involved and didn't realise that I was kneeling
