Reading bible transforms you

 *Transformation Power of the word of God:* 

I have witnessed with my own eyes, how regularly reading the word of God can transform a person in all their aspects of life - *360° change.* 

My husband was born n brought up in Christian family with praying parents. He is a prayer warrior who is found in kneeling postiton for everything. He mostly read only the book of Psalms and did not have a reading plan or so to know the Bible in entirity. I have been praying for many years for him to have a closer walk with God and to know the deeper truths of the Bible which would help him to get out of the *cultural/generational principles* they were following without referring the Bible. By immense grace he started *reading 1 year Bible reading plan* (Now he has completed 6 times reading the Bible) .. The following are the transformation i see in him:

 1) Earlier he used to have I know everything attitude but the Bible *immediately convicts him* of his little/big mistakes and he repents and recounciles. 

2) He had a strong soul tie with his parents and siblings which only made me feel rejected and worthless in the initial years of marriage. But the Bible taught him how to leave and cleave and the *soul tie is complety cut off* .He still honors them but yet knows the boundaries. 

3) He used to have *2 credit cards* and spend a lot. But now the Bible has taught him to use *money wisely.* 

4) He used to *judge others* but Gods word has convicted him to not to do that. 

5) He used to be very upset for little things and sit with parents and bursts out his feelings about the happenings in office almost evsryday. I used to pray for Him to reach out to God first than anyone. The Bible Taught him to *pour out himself to the creator first.*

 7) He used to badmouth about my parents a lot and never wanted to even talk about them. But Bible taught him to let go of his hurt feelings and now he has applied *medical insurance for my parents.* 

8) we used to have lot of differences in bringing up the children as he wants me to follow what his parents did to him. But now the *Bible has taught him how to bring up the children.* 

9) He used to hear a lot of *cinema songs in free time* and in the car with kids. But the Bible set him free from that habit too. 

10) Even when I used to tell him to encourage his cousins to read Bible, he used to feel shy and also feared what they would say. After being blessed so much thru 6times of completely reading the Bible, now *he encourages others too.*

I have mentioned only few things but God changed him *thru His word more than I could ever imagine.* Thank God for helping me to witness that change everyday of my marriage.So request you to *please meditate the word everyday/regularly* .If your having a long list of changes that u want to see in ur loved ones, pls pray and encourage them to read the Bible for *all ur prayer points to become Praise points.*

Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom .

My HOD starts her day always by kneeling down in her cabin and praying 

It's a big witness to many of us...even gentiles 

I too started praying before I start my work at office 

Today I really felt the peace of God in me throughout the day 

The scripture is important than anything 

Whether I understand or don't understand

I am going to read it and try to ponder it so that I can talk back to any doubts that comes in my head 

And God remembers 

Though for months He was silent 

He remembered Noah

He will remember at the right time when all is ready for us 

And when He remembers there will be a breakthrough

I joined infy on Mar 2012, I heard about infy fellowship but I'm not interested to join because I thought my prayer life is enough.

During covid, one sister added me to shols chain prayer group. After started to do chain prayer I got soo many blessings like new home in native, promotion.... Later Beulah added me in this group and I started to join Women warriors prayer and I felt very bad why I missed this fellowship and sisters in christ all these years.

When I feel low and I joined the prayer, Holyspirit always strengthen me and provide his council to me. 

And in prayers we started to pray for all my needs like my salary hike/job change, my husbands business,....God answered all my prayer. I got a good offer as I wish, god also blessed my husbands business,....

So small prayer time gave me happiness in my inner soul, strengthen me in christ and also provided all my worldly blessings.

Today we pray in oneness for the protection of women at home and in isolation. We pray for the doctors to have divine protection and to not lose hope. Raise more prayer warrior groups to stand in the gap and pray. Drive away fear and anxiety from us. Instill hope and love and faith to keep praying continuously for dear ones who are dying around us. We thank you for our bank balance and for the Fridge at home and every little blessing that you have you have blessed us with. We pray for the homeless, stranded workers, for those who are hungry, for orphanages, old age homes, for those grieving after the loss of their dear ones. Be with them, comfort them, strengthen them, feed them and fill them with hope in you. Open our eyes, give us a heart of flesh to stand in the gap and pray for people who are struggling and dying in our country and around the world. Please forgive us our sins this day and help us to rise up to the situation and kneel down and pray with burden for dying souls around us. Please be with the stranded workers in Mumbai, meet their daily needs, feed their babies, children and family. Keep them safe. Open doors to provide them 3 meals a day. Let no one die out of hunger and depression and without knowing you. Help our leaders to join hands in oneness and do good with a heart of flesh and out of love for fellow human beings. Heal our land and redeem our life from destruction and lead us each day towards eternity. Pour out the spirit of prayer these days in me and my people to pray for my fellow beings who are in pain physically and without knowing you. Open their eyes to see you and know you. Like Nehemiah, help me humble down, pray and intercede, confess the sins of my people and help us to rebuild our broken lives. Help me honor you by seeking your face as a first thing every morning and allocate time to join hands and pray consistently during these lockdown days. Help me put you first in my busy schedule. Feed the poor today and keep them safe. Humble me to seek your face to intercede for the dying souls in my nation. Forgive our iniquities, help us repent. Especially send angels and protect women and children from any form of abuse and from the hands of wicked men. Deliver wicked people from lusts and bondage and darkness and give them a heart of flesh and help them know you. Let the pornography sites, alcohol, drugs be banned in our country. As the entire world is standstill despite our technology breakthroughs, military skills, medical achievements, bank balance, assets, career footprints; today help me and every mankind to rethink our lives. Show me how far I have drifted away from you. Draw me near to you. I humble myself and admit that my flesh is weak. Help me put you as first priority in my life. Help me meditate your word daily. Send troops of angels to minister to those who are in isolation. Speak to them, touch them and heal them and open their hearts to taste your love. Our days are like grass. Father, please pour out your burden and help us as churches to feel the sorrow and deep distress of your soul. Pour in your oneness across churches, all young and old, children, rich and poor, to pray as one body of Christ irrespective of denominations, language, caste or any differences. Today you revive me and transform me to sit at your feet and pray more, to meditate more, with reverence holding my own precious Bible and devour your Word like a hungry child. Help me to not go with the world's flow but please open my eyes Father and give me passion to live a holy life seperated out for you. Help me to please only You and not men. Revive me again to put on sackcloth and cry out in tears for the thousands of souls who are perishing daily. Revive my faith to pray for a transformation in my society. Today I pray for dear ones and every family who are fighting hard with cancer in their body during lockdown. Please strengthen them physically and emotionally and heal them without need for therapy. Father please give them hope and intimacy with you to taste your love even in pain. Strengthen me to be a vessel full of love to pray for others who are in need. Today I pray for your blessings, healing, strength and comfort over them in lockdown. Forgive me, if I have hurt them with painful words, if I have neglected and ignored them, if I have treated them badly. Help me to bear fruits of the spirit in my family, love, joy, peace, Long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. I pray with burden to transform me, every Christian and youth in my society to stop sending our dear elders to old age homes. Please open my heart, fill me with your agape love, to show affection and take care of them. Prepare me and my dear parents and inlaws to meet you and embrace you in heaven as a family. Lord take away all hatred and bitterness in me towards my society, instead fill me with compassion. Help me to not be selfish any more, to not be deaf to the cries of the poor and needy, to not be blind to corruption and deliberate evils done willfully by my people. Father, I run to your throne of grace to forgive me and my people and heal our land. Forgive me If I have taken you for granted. Hold me close to you and prepare me for your coming. Today cleanse my thoughts and help me meditate on things that are noble, just, pure and lovely. I pray for thousands or more flesh workers in my nation. Deliver my people from lustful thoughts and grave sins. Help my people repent and turn back to you. Open doors during this lockdown to analyse their lives and to taste your unfailing love and care. I plead for your divine intervention to transform each sister and brother to find alternate job to feed their family. Give me faith to pray on knees for cleansing and revival in my society. Let no one die out of hunger. Let no one one sleep on roads and tracks. Transform every state leaders in my nation to work towards equality, provide free quality education, to meet the needs of oppressed and afflicted. Open the hearts of rich and government to release funds to feed poor children milk, to give food and water, to provide shelter for pregnant women and their families. Father, please open doors, send in angels to help them to reach back to their native places and let them not walk anymore. Fill me with compassion to pray consistently for my people who are in pain. Give me wisdom how to put you first in all areas of my life. Give me wisdom to build my family on Christ. Give me wisdom how to spend every single rupee wisely, handle workload in office and at home. Give me wisdom on when and how to pray, intercede and how to meditate and devour your word like a hungry child. Please bless each one of them wherever they are. Help me to show same true kindness to dear ones around me by interceding for their salvation. Revive me and transform me  today through my Shepherd. Lord, I pray for your divine intervention in each of their life to accept you as a personal saviour. Lord, take away all corruption and evil practices from our leaders. Give them a heart of flesh to do justice to the needy and poor. Lord, please forgive our sins, cleanse us, have mercy on us and heal our land. Prepare me and my leaders to meet you the KING OF KINGS and LORD OF LORDS. In Jesus name I pray. Amen!

Lord, deliver them from pride, selfishness, haughtiness, wickedness, evil addictions to alcohol, drugs, smoking, pornography. Deliver them from addictions to mobile, all video games, sleeplessness, laziness and every bondage to sin. Father I beg you in tears, to pour out your holy spirit, sanctify them and  open their eyes to see you and to believe in eternity. Speak to them through your servants. Father, let them not conform to the pattern of this world but transform and renew their minds to please only You and do Your perfect will. Prepare me, my youth and kids in my nation to see your glory in Heaven. In Jesus name I pray. Amen!

Marriage after 35

We had prayed for my friend Felicia to get married. She is 35+ I guess. Many days I was wondering how marriage is possible for her! You know what?! Yesterday my very own eyes have seen it happening to a handsome guy. They didn’t really look like in their 35+. God made this possible. Thanks for all your prayers...

Victory over negative thinking

I want to share my testimony cum learning. I had constant negative thoughts and all the time I was thinking about the comments people give about me and kept trying to convince people of my opinion. if they don't agree I all the more kept thinking n thinking n. Thinking what's wrong in me.

All the time I had the question in my mind whether am right or wrong and it was literally driving me crazy.I coukd nt hear God's voice and I was restless all the time with confusing thoughts all the time..I knew our God speaks clearly and perfectly and No room for confusion.So the problem is I need to stop my too much of thinking and rest in God.

How to do it?
1.I kept claiming this verse :'I bring every thought under the. Captivity of my Lord Jesus Christ.2corinth 10-5

2.I kept telling to.myself and aloud whenever possible:
A)I choose not to think about it in Jesus name.
B)I surrender my mind solution .and spirit to Jesus and Satan has no control over it.

3)I am called to be victorious and not to be in bondage and am set free by the finished work of.the cross.

Praise God I am delivered from the trauma I was going through.The verse and the confessions I keep on  telling whenever my mind was disturbed.

You can tweak the confessions as per your need and ask it Jesus name believing Jesus will set u free.The attitude and perseverance matters..we cannot succeed if we just do it like a ritual or do it once /twice and continue your thoughts to wander ..we need to be steadfast until you gain Victory..

I took help from. Spiritually matured people...I discussed with them.and asked my. Prayer buddies to pray for my deliverance.

X is my spiritual mentor cum thick friend.She pointed out one important trait in me which was the reason for many issues.When I prayed about it and corrected it with Gods help I am enjoying the deliverance. Will send a.detail testimony on this. Later.

Deliverance from addictions

Testimony- I too have a praise point.

My husband got delivered from his smoking addiction and took part in the Lord's table after 4years.Thanking God from the bottom of my heart for bringing my husband back to his herd.

God has heard my prayers and seen my tears.Truely Jesus makes impossible to possible anß He is a prayer answering God..

Godly buddies for Husband

Girls testimony - I was praying for my husband to have good male friendships. At different times there would come one and observing them I felt they were not a good influence. When I prayed to God asking Him to remove these people from my husband’s circle, the Lord every time heard my prayers.

If I tell him that x is not a good friend/influence my husband would not listen but then when God showed him something in the other person’s character, he himself will move away. This happened many times.

Now we are in a family cell group along with 3 other families. He has started to realize once again the importance of fellowship and wants to be regular to it. Just want to praise God that He listens to prayers and answers every time.

Praise God for the wonderful gals who took lotta pain amidst their busy schedules to create buddy grp, reminders to pry, pushing into the throne room, nudging to be on my knees, consistent in sending memory verse, sharing ur testimony/learning.

Thanking God for the burden to initiate n strength to continue. Gals u r all lighting up/increasing/motivating someone's faith in ways u can't even imagine. Keep up the good work He has started.
Initially I was like " Ahem. Okay😏" when got repeated reminders with fancy taglines n just moved on.

But when I prioritised to jus pray for me, hubby, kids, buddy, nation, state as soon as I wake it helped me pray more during my QT. Hold on. Am not perfect yet. Still there are days wer I miss out QT, Oly bedtime pryr(not even that too), no Bible reading. But this lil act has *strengthened my faith immensely* that too wen sailing thru rough tides. Help me trust in Him completely without a shadow of doubt. Helping me to claim His promises in a totally 200% impossible sitn. If I(imperfect, lazy, finding excuse, busy SAHM) can do it you too can. Never too late to start. And pls share to encourage others.

Earlier I used to pray but not repeatedly. Like Hannah's pryr pour out n forget abt it. For eg I blvd that He wud save my family. I did trust n wait but my faith was passive like He wud do it one day in His time. Though second part is true claiming His promises individually for my fmly helped my faith to b active n strngthnd. Delivered from curses.

Claim Jesus bore all our courses on the cross and pray... It's necessary to pray for it.. if possible with fasting. You need not fear but you need to pray.

We had problems in our family. In my mother's family there are 4 daughters. My mother is second. 1,2 and 4 th  daughters had committed abortion due to work related reasons.

Though they were Christians they were not rooted in Christ. So they didn't take it serious. And the result... 1st daughter had two daughters.. when they married they were unable to bear children..

2 nd one was my mother. For her also two daughters.. my sis n I. My sister didn't have a child for 10 long years. She had 3 abortions. But my sister and my brother in law prayed fervently.. they struggled a lot and now they are blessed with a boy.

I was also about to miscarry in my 2 nd month for both pregnancies but graciously rescued the babies and gave them a full term.. so what I say is these curses r true but there's nothing God cannot do.

When we confess and pray fervently God will definitely hear us and break all curses.. claim.all verses from the Bible and pray with faith

Delivered from restlessness

Dear all, wanted to thank each one of you for reviving my spirit today during demo sessions. Every week is a blessing. I want to share my testimony.

I was going through personal struggles in many areas which made me feel like I am in a pit. Was not able to be peaceful at home, office or anywhere. Although I fasted a week in the morning and prayed and cried a lot daily for deliverance, I was not completely out of worries which held me back in a pit. I did speak to Fshp friends which helped a little, last week's church message also spoke to me but not complete deliverance.

Today the illustration which Kural and Deepika gave on how she was holding to worries and not able to do anything.....  God spoke to me very clearly on what was holding me back and I had complete deliverance.  I feel so light  and peaceful. Praising God for each of you. 😊👍💃

Hi friends, I want to share my testimony to encourage you if you are stuck in worries/series of troubles.
On last Sunday, during our vbs practice in church, a very simple illustration just spoke to me very clearly. Illustration: You can imagine me Joyce holding on two big boxes in my hand which is almost touching my cheeks.

Now Beu wants to play with me and throws a ball to me. I try to catch but not able to. Oh it's worrying me, worries me, not able to play although I wish to....I'm so sad an worried.

Now Beu gives me a chocolate a favorite of mine to eat. I got it in my hand but still not able to open it. Oh again it's worrying me, poor me not able to eat the tasty chocolate. Oh I'm worried.

Now Beu asks me a help to write something on a chart that is on the floor. Again I try to bend to write but I am not able to. Oh worries me, worries me.... I'm not even able to write ... Useful for nothing.... Poor me ....

Moral of the illustration: once I handed over the boxes to Jesus, I was able to play, eat chocolate and write. After we pray, we still carry the how's, what's and why's of our problems. We need to give away the problems to Jesus at his feet and be free and happy. 😄👍💃

Saved from cult. JW.

I have a praise point related to this topic... My own sister Hannah is very timid, God loving sweet person and when she moved to Malaysia with her family, she didn't find good church nearby and few JWs started visiting her offering prayer help through her tough times.. after 5 yrs, she moved to Mangalore and one of the JW couple came to visit and made sure she connects with their Mangalore JW church.. and even if she missed one service or a bible study, someone will come and check on them... We tried to talk her out of it but she started arguing and calling my mom ignorant of truth.. at that point my mom and my bro stopped visiting her and my family almost fell apart because of the difference of opinion..

I prayed for her change of heart and asked my friends and fellowship to pray for her too... And read the book "kingdom of Cults" to learn more about JW and told my sister what is different about their teachings and what to look for...

Finally God answered our prayers .. six months back, she found something not adding up and she stopped going to that church and started going to the CSI church nearby.. she is not happy there Becos they focus more on offerings, sales and fellowships and not doctrines.. but God has somehow stopped her from going back to JW...

For those who think it happens somewhere, rethink.. it might happen in your own house or in your life when we start to follow wrong doctrines...watch and pray that your household is protected from it everyday

Saved from Cobra

A testimony: I called my dad yesterday morning. He went to the car shed at his residence at 530 in the morning. He usually does not switch on the lights, but yest he did. He entered and went to the right - on the left side he saw a fully grown cobra ready to attack. Since he has lived in the village in the early years of his life, he has always had his wits about him. He found something to throw on the snake and hit it with a stick continuously till it died.

Some background - my ancestors were cursed by some Hindu saint it seems for having stole his idols. He cursed my family saying you will die of snake bite. My grandpa's brother did. On the day my grandpa died a snake came to our house. We don't know how it entered - there is no possibility as we can see it. So the snake coming yest - a fully grown black cobra nonetheless, my mom is very scared.

I thanked God for saving my dad's life and when I did my daily reading - this the verse that touched my heart, deut 4:4 But you who held fast to the Lord your God are alive today, every one of you.

My father is not a believer yet. But knowing that he has been saved to continue to live has given me the additional assurance that he will indeed live to accept Jesus.

Beulah sends the message to pray for your loved ones everyday  - please do so. I do, I am not saying because of my prayers only my dad is alive. I am saying that your prayer has a value and a power. Don't underestimate regular prayer for your family members.

I know that under Christ there is no curse. He became that for us and saved us. We can only be blessed - no one can curse us. No weapon formed against you can prevail. So if you feel scared about curses, remember what Christ did on the cross for you. No evil will come nigh your dwelling place.

Prayer for baby. Gifts

My parents' was a love marriage- dad CSI and mom Hindu Brahmin. Dad was not strong in the LORD. Mom, been to convent for schooling, had the habit of going to Catholic Church and praying to Mary as well after marriage. But they regularly go to CSI church on sundays.

She had 2 abortions and then I was formed in her womb. She had prayed to Mary that if this child is born healthy, she would come every year with the child to Veilankanni church. It happened and we all used to go every year.

Though I had been saying that JESUS is the LORD, I didn't have the personal relationship with GOD until I came to college. I gave my life to GOD during college days wherein I also came to know about the idol worship. That year, I was called to come to veilankanni for that vow.

It was a great challenge for me and I stood strongly saying that I wouldn't. I explained my mom all that I understood about idol worship. She was scared that something might happen to me if the vow she made was not fulfilled. I told her that the idol is nothing, it can neither speak nor hear nor see nor do anything and above all GOD is almighty and HE would protect me. We stopped going there from that year.

But my mom didn't experience the gift of salvation until few years back. But GOD has HIS own plans and time for each. Though the seed was sown earlier, she didn't accept it then. It took many years for her to come out of the idol worship.

If Mary helped me to be sustained in my mom's womb, why didn't it happen in the first two abortions she had as she was praying to her even then? So, obviously it is the LORD's plan.

Once I got saved during college days, I had spent hours and hours in prayer, fasted (no water and food) the whole day just to receive spiritual gifts especially speaking in tongues.. I was mad for it. I used to question like why to them and not me. Waited for many years but it didn't happen. After few years, the LORD taught me that HE gives gifts as per HIS will. Not only tongues is a gift..

I suggest that you sit in HIS presence with all your heart and talk to HIM believing with no doubt. HE definitely talks. It differs with each and not the same with everyone. HE might talk to you directly or through HIS word or through the songs.

3 testimonies - praying for husband

I had one such incident on last Easter Sunday. We fought like mad, before starting to church..And I was crying all the way...So irritated. Wondering why we should go to church fighting😒 oxymoron but anyway we did. I dint listen to the message...

Was asking God ,how to handle things..And what to do.. he gave me such peace and I bounced back... And my guy also was ok after church.

When we returned home, everything was normal. Earlier the fight has ripple effect throughout the day/week. But not that day! God helped me see where I go wrong. The attitude, the words, the anger... At the peak of the moment. Is not worth it. Praising God for his mercies.

Pray for your husband daily. That's what am following regularly. Even when I say a prayer with my kids I pray for him. Not seeing any change but still am sure God will touch Him soon in His time.

True. I had a ten pray point, when we were separated. I used my fingers to count. And I still do that. But not that frequent. But must do daily.

Btw,  one of our fellowship friend, shared her story of her dad (unbeliever),mom Christian. Till she was 10 years, her mom secretly did family prayer. Dad wasn't opposed to them going to church. In fact droped/picked them up.

One new year service, it was too long, and her dad had to wait outside.while waiting God had spoken to him. And the next new yeat service he came inside church.

Now he's an elder in the church and very active in telling the gospel.

I hope this story encourages, all those with  husband's who are yet to be saved.

9. His ministry what God has called him to.
